A: Medicare pays 100% of medically necessary home health care services ordered by patient’s physician.

Q:  How long will home health services be provided for?

A: The duration of home health care is determined by medical necessity, and authorization by physician.

Q:  Who will be coming to our home to provide care?

A:  APPLE Home Health provides professional clinicians in many disciplines, who undergo rigorous scrutiny and training in order to deliver excellent care.

Q:   Will the patient have the same caregiver throughout the duration of care?

A:  Yes; APPLE Home Health focuses on patient-centered care. Our aim is to accommodate you with a caregiver whom you are comfortable with throughout the duration of care.
